turbopuffer is not core infra for Vercel, but the GTM engineering team is puffing hard. Just a high-agency engineering team choosing the right tool and shipping. When I spoke with Drew, he mentioned he appreciated turbopuffer's "intellectual honesty" - we're clear about guarantees, tradeoffs, and limits from the moment you land on our homepage. In the spirit of that intellectual honesty, we added a visual system to our customer logs: Customers like Cursor, Notion, and Linear who use tpuf as core infrastructure are marked as "core", whereas customers like Vercel who use tpuf for a single team or feature are marked as "auxiliary". We're not trying to impress you with a vague logo wall featuring a bunch of hyperscalers who did a PoC. We're clear about who is puffing in prod and who is puffing for projects.
