hey @ddnewzealand my clients site has vanished, been trying to get the bottom of this with your support team - but they've been no help, they just tell me "yes you have an account with us"... WTF!

@ddnewzealand Yes, the website themission.org.nz is down, we're using your server, the DNS is set correctly, as well as the zone files, we have HTML files and all that jazz - but still no results... what's going on?

Last message took 3 days for the "support team" to respond. Then they say I have an incorrect index file. Been building websites for over 10 years, has "index.html" changed?
