@EAHelp Redeemed a 1600 fifa points voucher code for fifa 22 last night but the points didn’t go into my account,checked again this morning and the points are still no in my account. Any help please?

@willyhix Thanks for checking & that's really unfortunate to hear of the mix up. Unfortunately FIFA 20 Points cannot be transferred to FIFA 22, they can only be moved from FIFA 21. So I can only suggest that you contact your retailer & see if they can issue a replacement or refund. -Dan

@EAHelp Just had a look there and it’s fifa 20 fifa points! Canny believe it,don’t know why that voucher code was next to fifa 22 but it was,didn’t even think to look,I’m guessing there is nothing you can do ?
