Been a week since I started fasting and counting calories again and I’ve been doing really bad until yesterday (or so I thought), weighed myself and I’ve somehow lost 1.5kg???? Probs just water weight but damn that’s a lotta water weight 😭

Back to 20 hour fasts, eating <1000cals and doing 10,000 steps everyday, I need to lose 9kg again literally just to do something good with my life at this point

Wait I’m just realising now that it was around 3 months 🤦‍♀️

I was telling my sneaky link (who is twice my age) how I lost 9 kg in just over a month and he was like super impressed 😭😭😭 didn’t even clock that it was disordered whatsoever

I’ve been in denial about my bulimia being back for like two months now but this past week… I literally ate like 10,000 calories in two days and then ate maybe 4 meals for the next 4 days likeee 😭 and I will literally tell myself I gotta eat way less because I binged so bad
