So Capcom's story patch just made the relation to Tom and Alex a 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 bit more distant and 𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘭𝘺 toned down how much of a father/son they are. That's it. And this isn't even a universal change, only some languages got this. Amazing job Capcom, thank you.

It's worth noting that this is the Prime game in the trilogy with the most characters, dialogue, and cutscenes in it. Prime 4's story and characters weren't the problem. It was the execution.
I worry a lot about people taking the wrong lessons from that game.

prime 3 is my favorite game in the series and my ultimate comfort game. there’s nothing else quite like it. i love skytown and the pirate home world and bryyo so much. i love the ethereal space choir. i love the sound hypermode makes. i love blasting aliens. i love ghor. i love!!

You know what really sucks is that there's a lot of good Street Fighter 6 is doing in its current state. I'd love to get behind some of the other things they've done, but there's no way I'll ever forgive Capcom for THAT. Unless they walk it back. PLEASE walk it back.

All this talk about a Super Metroid remake has me hoping we’ll get a Fusion remake instead.
After all, MercurySystem’s first pitch to Nintendo was for a Fusion Remake before Nintendo requested Samus Returns instead. They for sure have ideas in mind.

My problem is that I ABSOLUTELY believe Capcom could make a great cinematic story mode for Street Fighter or MvC with enough commitment, but after SFV and MvCI, I’m worried they’re too scared to ever try it again. That’s why we have World Tour, for better or worse.

My honest hot take about this is while season production should be shorter, if you’re faulting the show itself for a slow release schedule then maybe you weren’t that big of a fan to begin with.
Wish we got faster seasons, but I’ll let peak television cook.

This game’s visual vibrancy and the way it uses strong contrasts to bring visual identities to its modes is by far the best visual thing Call of Duty has ever done.
Black Ops 4 deserves way more credit than it gets.
