@Ryan_Weller Sorry! We aren’t on X as much as we’d like right now. We do in fact have a team of amazing humans. Please email support@windmillair.com and we’ll get you sorted one way or another. Thanks!
English

@WindmillAir Do you have any humans responding to customer service requests, or is it just repetitive emails from bots until the warranty expires?
English

@_Adontai we're using TaskRabbit nationwide. Check it out here: windmillair.com/task-rabbit/

@iamfreshy2010 @nmgav Replied on the other thread too! For now, just window.
English

@nmgav @WindmillAir Can these be installed as through the wall units as well or only window??
English

❄️Excited to see @WindmillAir come to market! Looking for new AC to keep cool while sheltering in place this summer? I've seen the product and it's amazing.
They'll be launching with limited quantity so sign up to get yours at windmillair.com

@dustinsmusings @vijayv @nmgav You're right @dustinsmusings - the compressor sits in the external housing. Noise/view is protected by double insulation on the sides.
English

@vijayv @nmgav @WindmillAir Nah, just a fancy case on a window air conditioner. There MUST be an external component; the heat has to go somewhere. Regarding the compressor, I'd be shocked to learn it was anything else. (What are the alternatives? Peltier?)
English

@SarahDanielsTV new gym!? Jealous. And we got you covered, don't sweat it...
English

@iamfreshy2010 We designed them (for now!) to fit in standard double/single hung windows. We'll get to wall units eventually :)
English

Hey @WindmillAir When you say "quiet", what does that mean? Do you have a decibel rating handy? I'm in the market for a new A/C for a small home office, and trying to figure out if I should wait or not.

@emily_singer @samliebeskind Love this conversation! We hope that trust will spread early on as we deliver reliable products and amazing experiences. And the major corps aren't set up to make significant design changes (decades-old supply chains) or understand the end consumer. We are the end consumer :)
English

@samliebeskind maybe, though i’d think an existing corp would be able to innovate more easily bc of scale and resources. there’s a lot to be said for trust in brand name in the appliance space. it’s not like a tshirt — it’s a real investment.

Between Ghia and Windmill alone, it's been a pretty solid week in the world of new brand launches.
