@winemaker1960 Two clients who are also friends owned/own 9 Tims franchises, 5 in Ottawa, 4 in Aylmer. Both told me #1 problem..keeping good staff, good ones always find better jobs. #2 problem..
most of the new hires quit in<1 wk!

After my first year of University on to year two, I started my own summer business with the help of Young Entrepreneurs of Ontario in partnership with RBC
I would encourage those students to do the same
I hear you about it being tough for students today to get summer jobs competing with TFW. After all, the companies hiring TFW are getting compensation from the Federal Govt

if i know someone is a fan of a hockey team i don’t like, i just won’t bring it up out of politeness because i know we won’t agree and it’ll just be an annoying convo but i SWEAR habs fans always look for reasons to chirp the sens when i don’t even bring them up it’s so annoying

I've seen a change at Tim Horton's lately - much more supervision and people who speak English naturally taking orders. Now less TFW's ?
