In June 2025, flight trackers could have called the US escalation towards Iran before a single headline broke. US tankers had crossed the Atlantic eastbound about once a day for a month. On June 16, 21 crossed in 24 hours. Five days later, the strikes. Tanker movements don’t lie. Headlines lag. If you trade geopolitical markets on Polymarket, this is the edge: wingbits.ai/prediction-mar…

🚨Most tracked flight now on Wingbits: easyJet flight #EZY87PX has declared an emergency, squawking 7700. The aircraft was originally operating from London to Ibiza but is now diverting to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Hoping for a safe landing and that everyone onboard is okay. #aviation #emergency #easyJet

K2 Airways flight #KTA1732 has been reported missing. ADS-B data from the Wingbits network captured the aircraft's final transmitted positions before signal loss, with preliminary reports indicating a possible crash into the sea southwest of Karachi, Pakistan, near the Arabian Sea. Our thoughts are with everyone affected. #KTA1732 #Karachi #Pakistan #Aviation #FlightTracking #ADSB #BreakingNews

GPS jamming is now something you can watch happen, live. We turned Wingbits’ network of thousands of secure, locked and verified receivers, into a real-time GPS interference dashboard. Free, public, by region. If you want to keep track, set up an agentic routine directly from the dashboards and get notified if things change! Worst zone last month: a Middle East corridor at 98.7% of flights reporting degraded GPS. The Baltic: 31% around Riga. 👉 wingbits.ai/dashboard/gps-…

On July 3, the day before America’s 250th birthday, a pilot did something quietly extraordinary. He lifted off from Norwalk, Ohio in a single-engine Cessna at 6:00 AM and flew for more than six hours. Not to get anywhere: he landed 2.5 nautical miles from where he started. The whole point was the path. Plot his ADS-B track and it appears, a full outline of the continental United States with “USA 250” lettered inside it. Roughly 800 nautical miles (1,475 km) flown as one continuous line, at ~10,000 feet, across a canvas ~145 km wide. Six hours of precise, patient hand-flying. Here’s what makes it resonate for us: our ADS-B network picked it up independently from 4,544 position reports, every letter, every turn. When someone paints a tribute across the sky, it’s the aircraft data underneath that turns a private act of skill into something thousands of people can watch, verify, and share. So we visualized it: the flight drawing itself, in red, white, and blue. Happy 250th, America. 🇺🇸

A US Navy MQ-4C Triton surveillance drone, first picked up over Jordan at 02:16 UTC, then 1,036 NM across Saudi Arabia to the Persian Gulf at 46,000 ft. No ADS-B position needed. 1,912 positions triangulated by MLAT, receivers run by our amazing community 📡

The two jets that fly the U.S. President, 6 months of flights, from Wingbits data. ✈️ We mapped the 2026 flight history of both Air Force One aircraft (tails 28000 & 29000) using Wingbits’ ADS-B network. A few things the data reveals: 🟠 29000 did the heavy lifting: ~4× more flights than 28000. The winter Palm Beach rhythm is unmistakable, capped by a June Geneva → Paris → Washington run. 🔵 28000 barely flew, and its one standout was a local circuit out of San Antonio, home of VC-25 depot maintenance. The data basically shows you which jet was in the shop. Both are 35-year-old 747-200s (SAM 28000/29000), soon to be retired for the new VC-25B, so this is a snapshot of the current pair near the end of their run. The best part: you don’t need to pull data or build a map. Just ask WingbitsAI: “Give me the 2026 flight history for the two Air Force One aircraft, and the locations where they took off and landed.” wingbits.ai

Transfers to the Trump Presidential Library by early 2029. One of the shortest-serving aircraft in US presidential history - and right now it's airborne over the US. Ask wingbits.ai about it now 🔍

L3Harris had ten months to turn a royal flying palace into a presidential command post. Three shifts, 24/7, at their Greenville, Texas facility. Classified comms and defense systems. The original Qatari interior - lounges, wood paneling, private suites - was mostly left intact to save time. The President is effectively flying around in a converted royal palace.
