@Hermesparcels no response to my tweet about a parcel being left in a wet black bin....?? Has this been looked into??

@Hermesparcels my parcel was left in my black bin.....which was soaking wet. The box was all soggy. Luckily the package inside was wrapped so it was protected but I’m not impressed. Please can it be passed on that items are NOT to be left in rubbish bins.

@sainsburys I am really disappointed in your customer services. I cancelled an online order 2 weeks ago when I went into labour. I am STILL waiting for a refund on this order and was informed when contacting you that someone would ring me to sort out the refund.....STILL no call.

Still NOT impressed. I was informed yesterday someone would ring me by 4:30pm to sort the refund but no call was received.....now what @sainsbury????
