@wintercqls dump a load of fruit on top!! i don’t take larger meals to school cus i bloat rlly bad with high volume, but i take fruit & veggies and they fill me up for quite a while. also maybe try lots of fiber. for a pack of raspberries, there’s like 10g fiber and that keeps me full!! 💓

@wintercqls swap chia for psyllium husk, it has the same slimey effect but it has much lower kcals and it thickens everything up by a lot so you can use more liquid and less oats, you will get higher volume ANDD psyllium expands in your stomach, I promise you feel soo full for a long time

@wintercqls It won't make it lower cal but adding fruit makes it a lot more filling and increases volume for a fair amount 🙂↕️
