@harold1300 @tonal Same issue, what's frustrating is that every week they say it will ship & 9! Saturday they cancel it. Either they are lying or they run a terrible organization. Supply chain issues are a problem but it's the misleading that really hurts. @tonal

I ordered @tonal equipment back in 12/31/20 still haven’t received. Am I the only one dealing with this issue or is it normal to take so long?

UPDATE: (2/2) We have provisioned further equipment ready to be installed to bring more customers online on backup links and will be deploying this equipment in the morning. We ask that customers not run speed tests at this time as this uses excess bandwidth.

UPDATE: (1/2) Repair work is still ongoing near MGH. Our efforts to improve bandwidth on our backup links have brought many customers back online but some may still be seeing intermittent connectivity. We are expecting our next update in the early hours of the morning.
