Milwaukee's rates are significantly higher, especially for robbery and aggravated assault. Property crime is similar.

Morales Jarquin has an immigration detainer hold and is charged with Sexual Battery with an elderly victim modifier. He has had multiple contacts with WI law enforcement over the past year or so, including at least three citations for Operating Without a Valid License.
