MNJTF operations in the Nigeria–Cameroon border area, circa 2018. Four soldiers are visible in this picture, two Nigerian and two Cameroonian. Can anyone help identify the Nigerians? No webbing to carry additional magazines, no ballistic helmets, and no plate carriers. A whole lot hasn’t changed since then. The NA, specifically, is still scratching the surface in terms of PPE for our soldiers.

@_little00 @Val_Gadget Seconds kwa A GaN charger should charge your phone for like 45mins to 1hrs Then the good benefits of having a GaN charger is that it can charge both your laptop and phone and all your gadgets rather than having a separate charger for laptop

@ArcSadam Yes they can either do the job or resign nobody forced them to join the fact that his salary didn't come on time doesn't mean it's not going to be paid, delayed salary is not an excuse for not doing your job well

When I got back to Abuja, a soldier stopped me and asked where I was going. I told him I was going into FCT. He politely asked if I could give his colleague a lift, and I agreed. As we got close to Giri junction, I asked the soldier where he was going. He said Zuba, while I was going through Lugbe into town. I told him Zuba is not far and transport there is usually around ₦200–₦300. I asked if he was stopping there or going further. That was when he told me something sad. He said he was going home to see his newborn twins for the first time after 10 months because he was not given leave. Sadly, his wife had called to say one of the babies had died, and she begged him to come quickly to see the other twin. I asked why he didn’t travel earlier. He said he was waiting for his salary since it was already the 2nd, but it was not paid. When I asked how he wanted to finish the journey, he showed me all the money he had—₦4,500, which was not enough. I felt bad and gave him ₦20,000. I also took his number and promised to call and check on the baby. I want to ask a question, please.. Are these the soldiers we expect to lay down their lives in our protection? You’re owing soldiers, and you want them to be effective while fighting insecurity? Honestly, this is very sad. Man shares his touching encounter with a soldier on his way to Abuja. — BMT Ebira

I returned from church today and met my neighbor outside, seriously begging his girlfriend not to leave him. I moved closer and asked what the problem was. She said "I've been with him for 3 years and he has never worked. He's not helping at all." As a man, I pulled him aside. Turns out he's an engineering graduate. Graduated 3 years ago, completed his NYSC, but hasn't been able to secure a job. I collected his number, told him I'd get back to him, and convinced his girlfriend to give him a little more time. I reached out to a friend who manages a water factory. There was a vacant bagger position with daily pay of 5k to 10k depending on speed and strength. 5k daily is guaranteed, 5 days a week. That's between 100k to 150k monthly for a starter. I texted the young man with the offer. His response: "Guy, you don't get to reduce me to becoming a pure water bagger. I'm an engineering graduate. I can't accept a 200k job talk less of 100k." I tried to reason with him. He cut me off and said "Instead of doing a 100k job, I'd rather start yahoo." Me: 🤐 Above all, love God.

For you that has sense, now here's my response to you: Children of past U.S. presidents hold diverse careers, often moving into media, business, philanthropy, or public service. Here are some examples of the children of past presidents and their careers: Jenna Bush Hager (George W. Bush): Author and co-host of the Today Show. Barbara Pierce Bush (George W. Bush): Co-founder and board member of Global Health Corps. Chelsea Clinton (Bill Clinton): Author, advocate, and former board member for The Clinton Foundation. Malia Obama (Barack Obama): Screenwriter and television director. Sasha Obama (Barack Obama): Worked in various roles, including in the media industry. Ivanka Trump (Donald Trump): Businesswoman and former Senior Advisor to the President. Eric Trump & Donald Trump Jr. (Donald Trump): Executive Vice Presidents of The Trump Organization. Not to forget that while The Devil, Barack Obama was the president, his daughter Sasha Obama worked at a cafeteria, serving coffee☕. In Nigeria, you expect the armed forces to create a brigade just to "protect" Seyi Tinubu? When it comes to comparing prices and taxes, you low lives remember America, when governance comes to the table, you remember Nigeria is a 3rd world country. You can never save a happy slave.

Breaking Report: Alleged Religious Discrimination at Mercy College, Iwo A serious allegation of religious discrimination has emerged at Mercy College of Medical Science, Iwara Campus, Iwo, Osun State. According to Ta’awunu Human Rights Initiative, a formal complaint has been filed against a lecturer, Mr. Adesanya, who is accused of harassing a female nursing student, Miss Raji Kaosara Jadesola, over her use of the niqab. The incident reportedly occurred on March 17, 2026, during a lecture for OND 1 students. Despite allegedly complying with the institution’s approved dress code, the student was said to have been ordered to remove her niqab. Reports further claim the situation escalated when the lecturer attempted to forcibly remove it in class, causing distress and embarrassment. The complaint also alleges that the student was threatened with exclusion from lectures and prevented from sitting for a test due to the issue. THURIST has called for urgent intervention, including an independent investigation, protection of the student’s right to religious expression, and an opportunity for her to retake the missed test without penalty. As of now, the school management has not issued any official response. Key Questions Raised: Was the student truly in violation of any official dress code, or was this an act of discrimination? Did the lecturer overstep professional and legal boundaries by allegedly attempting to remove her niqab? Why was the student reportedly barred from taking her test, was due process followed?

FUTO students, please lay your complaints here in the comments section. Hopefully the VC sees this.

This phase is actually very real. I was in a relationship with a guy I met at work. Even before he asked me out, I already had a crush on him, so when he finally did, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. In the beginning, everything was smooth…we were both really into each other, and we spent a lot of time together, going almost everywhere side by side. About six months into the relationship, things started to change. He began having financial issues and was constantly telling me about one problem or another. At first, I tried to be understanding, but it gradually started to get to me. Eventually, it got to the point where I was the one feeding him and even paying for his data subscription. After about a month of that, I started feeling irritated. My feelings began to shift…I wasn’t as excited around him anymore. Anytime he tried to be romantic, I felt annoyed instead of happy. Whenever I see his calls, I feel very annoyed. His “I love you” texts started feeling like he’s wasting my phone battery. I stopped visiting him because each visit became a financial burden, and I was getting tired. I couldn’t stand being around him anymore. At some point, I reached my limit and decided to end the relationship.

I just returned from an all-women program in church where we were asked to anonymously write questions bothering us in our marriage and drop them in a basket, and they were read aloud. What I can tell you is that many women fake moaning and some men don’t know how to touch and properly explore their wives’ bodies. There were also complaints that women give BJ but their husbands don’t always like to go down on them. I’m not talking to the women today, but married men, please change your ways. Pay attention to your wife’s body and do the needful. Shalom!

@holarofLagos1 @ib_Ailen Are you okay, do you have senses at all 1. The pastor has been taking care of him since the boy was a child 2. The boy is 18 and above, legitimately okay for marriage, no matter the age of the woman marrying him

If this was a working country, this woman and the pastor involved in this would have been in prison. Aboy is clearly a child What he needs now isn’t a wife and more importantly not a wife that’s old enough to be his mother. What aboy needs is proper care and love and instead of providing him that they married him off. Just imagine it was the other way round and aboy is a girl child, would we be comfortable with her marrying a man old enough to be her father?? Smh

Mrs aboy chibuzor said she didn’t marry a boy cause of money She did cause God asked her to. Someone in the comment said aboy has lost his spark since he got married, that he is no longer happy😭 I noticed too sha What might have gone wrong??
