His sole intention was to kick Declan Rice! 😡
He also kicked the stationary ball into Rice, meaning the free-kick had already been taken & the ball was in play...

Have I been watching the wrong footage of the Declan Rice sending off or some shit? Am I in an alternate universe? every c*nt seems to see Declan intentionally kick the ball away, I was certain I seen Veltman kick it in to Declan’s heel when he was walking away.
