If @yugalabs needs help for the Miami clubhouse, I'm willing to help for free. 🌴 I do not own a $4B business, yet we're opening locations in at least two places in 2025, including Singapore. 🐉 I'm sure this is a very good strategy if the clubhouse can't be a standalone entity... it can have partnerships with existing private clubs to customize a room. With zero costs, BAYC can expand HEAVILY and fast in physical places. Huge win-win there. 🔥 And I have experience in this. Pros: 🍌 Yuga is de-risking opening a real location that would cost a lot. 🍌 Yuga won't have to manage the location as it would start as a room in existing private clubs. 🍌 It allows growth in multiple big cities.
