@wiserishis Regulatory friction is real but its more structural. Biogas needs 4-5 clearances across state and centre. Punjab cracked it because cooperatives had institutional muscle. Replicating that is the puzzle.

India taps less than 1% of its biogas potential. Punjab cooperatives already charge ₹200-300/month vs ₹700+ for an LPG cylinder. The economics work TODAY — not in some 2030 roadmap.
Why isn't this scaling? Genuine question. Not tech, not cost. Something else is blocking it.
