Althea retweetledi

Been a while.
I haven’t posted here since this platform was still called Twitter. Since then, I left the company I co-founded for a decade, sat with both of my parents through psychedelic experiences, lost my father to cancer, and started building something new.
At @Redox, we helped build infrastructure for modern healthcare.
Now I’m building infrastructure for legal psychedelic care @with_althea.
We started in Oregon and Colorado, where psychedelic therapy is regulated by the state. Today, most legal healing centers in those markets use Althea to manage compliance, outcomes, payments, and client journeys. We’ve now documented 4,000+ psychedelic sessions and support the majority of the regulated market.
What’s become clear to me is that the biggest challenge isn’t awareness.
Millions of people are curious about psychedelics for healing, growth, grief, addiction, depression, creativity, spirituality, or simply feeling more alive again.
But there’s no trusted consumer front door.
People don’t know:
- when it makes sense
- how to do it safely
- who to trust
- what model is right for them
- or how this all fits into healthcare and society
That’s the problem I’m obsessed with now.
I’ll probably start posting more about:
- psychedelic care infrastructure
- healthcare + psychedelics
- consumer trust and marketplaces
- regulation and policy
- what I’m learning building Althea
- and occasionally the deeper personal/philosophical side of all this
If that sounds interesting, like this post so I know you’re still here for the journey.
And if you followed me purely for interoperability APIs circa 2018… no hard feelings ☮️
