Before I was called back to faith last year, I had completely closed myself off from society for many years. I had no friends, I spoke to no one except my wife and had no social interactions really. Since then, I have slowly begun to make friends and become more comfortable talking with others. I realize I am still awkward in speech, and can overstep at times in being too forward or just misjudging a situation. It can be a struggle putting yourself back out there, I'm finding. If I have ever made anyone feel uncomfortable as a result, I humbly apologize and ask forgiveness of you. I give these things to the LORD and ask for His guidance and strength to navigate things that I am having to learn and relearn. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I genuinely want to understand this: What exactly are believers avoiding by putting fellow Christians under “other listeners”? Accountability? Fellowship? Correction? Unity? Or is it subtle pride and separation? The world dividing itself is expected. But the body of Christ? Scripture says we are members one of another, not isolated from one another. I am struggling with answers to this.

I don't believe you can have a genuine, true relationship and belief in Jesus Christ without repentance. The first thing John the Baptist preached was repentance. Matthew 3:1-2 Now in those days John the Baptist came, preaching in the wilderness of Judea, saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” The first thing Jesus preached was repentance. Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach and say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” One of the first things Peter preached was repentance. Acts 2:38 Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Here on X, I hear all about faith, love, forgiveness, and don't get me wrong, those things are all incredibly important; but I rarely hear anything about repentance. If we are not willingly surrendering and doing our best to crucify our flesh with all it's passions and desires, have we truly taken up our cross? Are we really following Jesus Christ? Luke 14:27-28 “Whoever does not carry his own cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. For which one of you, when he wants to build a tower, does not first sit down and calculate the cost to see if he has enough to complete it?” Let's not encourage 'skin-deep' relationships with Christ. Let's encourage others, and ourselves as well, to truly surrender everything to Him. Let's turn from our sin and repent of it.🙏🙏 2 Peter 3:9 The LORD is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

I decided to make a jam that was a way different style for me after a depressing week. This one is an electric jam. It's bluesy, very upbeat and positive! It was a huge pain in the ass to record. There's a pause in the rhythm at 34 sec because of that. Also, at the 60-70 sec mark, I almost dropped my pic, so the strumming is off towards the end of that time-frame. Ty, I appreciate that. Only way that'll happen is if she truly has a relationship with Christ and probably some therapy. She's trapped in the conspiracy theory rabbit hole and has delusions of grandeur. She thinks she can heal cancer, or any disease/mental disorder with a wavelength machine and convinced her husband that he's a prophet. I'd love to have a relationship with her as she was my closest friend until the falling out. She's created things about people in her head and believes them as fact. But, I still pray for her daily! Thank you brother and sorry if this is TMI. Idk why, but I'm finished just keeping my mouth shut about things. You're welcome and always have my prayers brother. God bless! 💜🙏👊
