Building power for the multiracial working class in Wisconsin. 🐺 Text WIWFP to 30403

here's video of the Keith Ellison smirk that triggered Ron Johnson

What is happening in NJ-11 tonight feels momentous. The state has long been dominated by a throwback political culture, particularly on the Democratic side, but there has been upheaval in the last few years as the party's increasingly activist/professional class base has been in revolt. In Essex County, the biggest part of the district, having the support of party leaders was for generations practically tantamount to victory in a primary. But tonight, the Essex organization-backed candidate is running 3rd in the county -- far behind an AOC-Sanders-backed progressive insurgent, Analilia Mejia, who is currently leading district-wide and has no support from any of its county organizations.

Ron Johnson: "In the private sector, when a company is bankrupt -- and let's face it, our nation is bankrupt -- employees are laid off and they have to go find jobs elsewhere. Which quite honestly shouldn't be that difficult if federal workers lose some jobs. In Wisconsin, you can't find enough workers, so there are plenty of jobs out there."

Did you know that you are subsidizing Wisconsin manufacturers to the tune of about half a billion dollars every year? The Manufacturing and Ag Credit (of which over 90% goes to manufacturers), cost the state $515 million in fiscal year 2024. That lost revenue gets picked up by every other taxpayer when it comes time to fund our schools, roads, public lands, and other important priorities.
