The start of that exact sentence was "I know it's week 1 of the PTR and things change but pres does more damage than dev right now" so with context he's clearly talking about PTR not live servers

@wizardriesx @vampsob Because there's no statistics on how each spec performs on ST in m+ but if you can find some numbers I'd love to see it. In the meantime I'm gonna be using ST damage in raid as that's the most reliable, non-anecdotal statistic that's widely available

@joshua_casady @vampsob bro dev evoker is the ONLY spec on raider io that does not have a single person at 4k io yet. it has nothing to do with aug it's that the spec is severely underperforming in ST situations.

@wizardriesx @vampsob People aren't playing dev in high keys because aug is broken and absolutely needs a nerf. But compared to 90% of the specs in the game dev's damage is fine and it's utility is above average
