At the moment I am pursuing this via my credit card company to say they have stolen my money.

You denied cancelling it & even changing the date. This is ridiculous. How hard can it be for staff @McDonalds in #Ipswich to put food into a bag for an order delivery. Ordered 2 meals 1 double Big Mac and a normal which says on the bag the order and yet they miss out the double. The biggest part of the order. You wonder why you get a bad rap!!
