Zambia must move from subsistence farming to prosperity! This initiative is about building a new agricultural future that works for ordinary people. It is about turning farming into a real engine of jobs, wealth, food security, exports, and national pride. We will establish the Zambia Agri-Food Corporation (ZAFC), and the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) will be a subsidiary with dedicated functions. This will be a national agri-food powerhouse, working through joint ventures with leading global agri-food corporations. Its role will be to grow, source, trade, process, store, and move agricultural products at scale. This means Zambia will no longer think only about producing crops. We will think about the full value chain, from the farm to the factory, from storage to transport, and from local markets to regional and international trade. This is how agriculture will become a major contributor to GDP and job creation. For too long, our farmers have worked hard but remained poor. For too long, Zambia has exported raw crops while other countries make the real money from processing, packaging, and finished products. For too long, farming has depended on the rainy season, leaving families vulnerable and limiting production. We are changing that. We will support subsistence farmers to move into commercially viable agriculture so they can earn better incomes, build stable lives, and create wealth for future generations. We will move Zambia away from raw crop exports and into value-added agro-processing. We will shift farming from seasonal uncertainty to year-round production through irrigation. We will move farmers from survival to profitability. At the centre of this reform are clear national priorities. First, we will launch a National Irrigation Expansion Programme. We will build the infrastructure that makes year-round agriculture possible across all provinces. This includes dams, water harvesting systems, boreholes, and large-scale irrigation networks. Second, we will drive agricultural industrialisation. We will encourage investment in food processing plants, promote local manufacturing of fertiliser and agricultural inputs, and make Zambia an exporter of finished goods instead of raw produce. Our people must benefit from the full value of what they grow. Third, we will reform farmer financing and market access. We will launch a National Agricultural Development Fund to provide low-interest financing, equipment leasing, crop insurance, and guaranteed off-take agreements. Farmers must not struggle to produce without knowing whether there will be a buyer. Production must be linked to reliable markets. Fourth, we will prioritise youth and women in agriculture. We will allocate land and financing specifically for young people and women, integrate agriculture into technical and vocational education, and present agriculture for what it truly is: a modern, profitable, and dignified career path. Fifth, we will expand exports and regional trade. Zambia must become a true regional food basket. We will strengthen export arrangements across the region, invest in logistics, transport corridors, and cold storage, and build a strong Zambia Agricultural Export Brand that can compete with the best. In the first 24 months, this initiative aims to create more than 500,000 direct and indirect jobs, reduce food inflation, increase agricultural export revenues, bring millions of hectares under irrigation, and significantly improve rural incomes. To ensure delivery, we will establish a Presidential Delivery Unit for Agriculture so implementation is not delayed by bureaucracy. To fund this transformation, we will use public-private partnerships, sovereign-backed agricultural funding initiatives, strategic international cooperation, and redirect wasteful subsidies into productive investment. This is not just an agriculture plan. It is a national economic transformation plan. #WillahJMudoloForPresident

Election Day is near! A decision point stands before us. The question is simple: Do we continue to turn a blind eye — when we can all see that our country is not moving forward? Power lies in our hands. And things must change , Zambians, I offer myself in service to you — to bring forth the following: 1. A government that creates jobs at scale 2. Zambia stands at a critical economic turning point, as our nation is rich, yet our people are not fully benefiting from that wealth. My Leadership will change that! 1. I will stabilise the economy and unlock exponential growth through the mining sector. 2. I will establish the Zambia National Resource Corporation to protect and advance Zambia’s natural resource interests. 3. I will pursue fair and transparent negotiations to increase Zambia’s stake in major mining assets. 4. I will negotiate long-term offtake agreements with major global mineral buyers and industrial consumers. 5. I will leverage Zambia’s mineral assets to raise US$50 billion within 24 months for national development. 6. I will expand Zambia’s tradable economy by investing in productive, export-driven sectors. 7. I will strengthen the currency, create jobs, and accelerate national productivity through tradable sectors. 8. We will deliver short-term economic stability, investor confidence, foreign exchange generation, and job creation. 9. We will move Zambia from exporting raw opportunity to building industries, processing, manufacturing, and trade strength. 10. I will establish the Zambia National Mining School to train the next generation of mining and industrial professionals. 11. I will establish the Zambia National Gold Refinery to formalise the gold economy and stop illegal smuggling. 12. We will ensure communities benefit directly through mining cooperatives and community partnerships. 13. We will intensify exploration for gold, rare metals, and strategic minerals to diversify Zambia’s resource base. #WillahJMudoloForPresident #MudoloForZambia #Zambia

Fellow citizens, In 2021, Zambians voted for change — with the expectation that the cost of living would come down, jobs would be created, and the economy would work for ordinary people These were not unreasonable expectations. They were promises made to the people of Zambia. Today, we must ask an honest question: has the lived reality of our people improved in a meaningful and sustainable way? The answer is that UPND has failed us all Across the country, many households continue to face rising costs of living. Essential goods and services remain under pressure, and for many families, making ends meet has become increasingly difficult. On employment, the situation remains equally concerning. Youth unemployment and underemployment continue to affect a significant portion of our population, with the majority of jobs still found in the informal sector — often without stability or security. Again UPND has failed! Economic reforms and debt restructuring efforts have not translated into sufficient job creation or tangible relief for the average Zambian - UPND has failed This is the gap between promise and reality. Zambia cannot afford a situation where progress is measured in policy announcements, but not felt in people’s daily lives. As we look ahead, the task before us is clear. The next phase of leadership must move beyond managing the economy — and begin transforming it. An incoming government under our leadership will prioritise: • Aggressive job creation, driven by infrastructure, agriculture, and local industry • Support for small and medium enterprises, including access to finance and reduced barriers to growth • Lowering the cost of doing business, to enable companies to expand and employ • Targeted youth economic programmes, focused on real, sustainable opportunity — not temporary relief Zambia has the resources. Zambia has the people. What has been missing is an economic approach that delivers results at scale and this is what I represent and will bring The time has come to restore confidence, restore opportunity, and deliver an economy that works for every Zambian. UPND must go ! #ZambiaforMudolo #PFZambia #WillahJMudoloForPresident

Preparation for the August transition continues. Today I held a constructive discussion with our Legend, Kalusha Bwalya, focusing on the future of sport in our country and the next steps required to position Zambia as a leader in this important sector. But today reminded me of something important. Zambia has been blessed with extraordinary talent, and among them stands one of our greatest sons of our mother Zambia — Legend Kalusha Bwalya. For too long, we as a nation have not fully embraced the wealth of experience, wisdom, and global influence that God has placed in him. Sport is more than a game. It is an industry. It creates opportunity, builds national pride, empowers young people, and places nations on the world stage. If Zambia is to rise, we must value our legends, invest in our talent, and think boldly about the future of sport in our country. The greatness of Zambia will come when we recognize the greatness within our own people. #YouthForSport #WillahJMudoloForPresident #Zambia

International Women’s Day Message From the Office of Willah J. Mudolo Patriotic Front (PF) Presidential Candidate, 2026 Fellow citizens of Zambia, mothers of our nation, daughters of our soil, and women across the world: Today, on International Women’s Day, we do more than celebrate women — we honour the force that sustains humanity, builds nations, and shapes the future. Scripture reminds us: “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.” (Genesis 2:18) This is not a statement of weakness, but of divine design — society cannot be complete, strong, or prosperous without women. The progress of Zambia will be measured by the progress of her women. A nation cannot rise while its women are held back, its girls denied opportunity, or its daughters excluded from power, ownership, safety, and dignity. We believe every girl must have access to education and every woman must have equal access to economic opportunity — to start businesses, own land, build wealth, and create jobs. Women deserve to lead. Women deserve to manage. Women deserve to sit where decisions are made. Under my presidency, Zambia will adopt a Women’s National Power and Prosperity Guarantee, built on five national commitments: • Education security for every girl • Capital for women entrepreneurs • Land and wealth in women’s names • Leadership pathways for women • Zero tolerance for violence and exclusion My commitment is clear: every national budget under my leadership must answer one moral question — “How does this budget increase the safety, income, education, ownership, and leadership of women and girls?” Women’s empowerment must not remain a slogan. It must become a governing principle of the Republic of Zambia. When women rise, families rise. When families rise, communities rise. And when communities rise, the nation rises. Happy International Women’s Day. God bless the women of Zambia and the world. God bless the Republic of Zambia. #HappyInternationalWomensDay #WomenEmpowerment #WomenLeadership #WomensDay
