Instead of farside traffic signals, Ontario should use nearside traffic signals, like they have in Europe. Do not enter the intersection when the nearside signal is red. A farside signal means to me do not enter the roadway on the far side of the intersection, which causes blocked intersections.

@CP24 It's incredibly simple - congestion tax, no street parking on major arteries during peak hours (heavily enforced with steep tickets) These two things alone would drop traffic 20-30%
