hi guys.. i’ve been very inactive and have been struggling with binge eating really bad, i’ve decided to start going to therapy to get help my first session is tomorrow , honestly ive been feeling upset and i wish u all the very very best, love u all my moots

went from 137 to 131 in three days 🌝
