@wlcback14 I'm not sure if I have seen Aso Oke that is polyester fabric before, except some with Silk combination. It's mostly 100% cotton.

That’s why I never call Garri “Eba”. For me It’s always “Akamu”, not “Ogi”. Always “agidi” not “Eko”. I call the things as I know them. In their Igbo forms. Before tomorrow now they will say they are the founders of Akamu.

Go to museums in Badagry & Calabar to find about Igbo slaves. Ojukwu followed in the footsteps of their ancestors leading them to suicide in 1967.

I have been to 5 states in the South South and 3 states in the South East, and one thing I can proudly say is that they all call Gele “Gele”, no other name for it.
