@TeachRemotely Remote learning has been challenging to adapt for both students and teachers. The effects of online learning have been different for each individual, causing students to fall behind. What are some tips to help students through these tough times? #EM203Robin

A problem that I've identified is climate change. This website provides insightful and accurate information on this global problem. climate.nasa.gov

A solution to online learning can be to have socially distanced in-person classes. If this isn't possible, a solution to help remote learning can be to engage the students online through different platforms. #Em203Robin #Em203Problems

Throughout the first few weeks of EM203, I’ve been intrigued by the learning theories, more specifically, constructivism. Constructivism is a theory where individuals further their understanding of new topics by incorporating them into their pre-existing knowledge. #EM203Robin

@MattPaterna Hey Matt. I agree, the first three weeks of this course have been highly eye-opening and exciting. I expanded my knowledge within the cognitivism learning theory. This theory revolves around the way information is received and interpreted. Great post!

The first three classes of #EM203Robin have been very eye opening! I have learned about the learners in the digital age, the different theories of learning, and the 3 M's - multi-media, multi-modal and multi-tasking. I can't wait to learn more about learning in a digital age!

@julia_harmer Hey Julia, great post. This course also allowed me to realize how much society relies on technology for learning. Not even just in university, but in high school and elementary school as well. I deepened my understanding of the cognitivism learning theory. Thank you for sharing!

The past three weeks of EM203 have made me realize how much society relies on technology for learning. I have also understood the different learning theories such as constructivism that associate with teaching in the digital age. #EM203Robin

@HDiamondEM203 Hey Hope. Thank you for sharing what you learned through the first few weeks of the course. I also learned a lot about new learning theories as I focused on cognitivism, similar to you. I'm looking forward to what is coming up in the next few weeks!

@KatherineMusch1 Hey Katherine. These past few weeks have also allowed me to realize how much media influences university students. Without media, our school experience would be exceptionally different than it is today. Thank you for sharing. I am looking forward to reading more of your posts.

@EM203seva Hi Seva! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the first few weeks of the course. I also was fascinated by the learning theories. However, the learning theory I focussed on was cognitivism. Is there a specific setting where the learning theory constructivism can be supported?

After reading through the first three lessons, Em203 allowed me to further my knowledge of my learning theory. This class has been highly intriguing, where we observe the internet to be a place that we can constantly rely on. Super excited to continue in the course! #Em203Robin
