It's not the president's fault that some of you refuse to actually go and read the Ghana Statistical Service report for yourselves. The president didn't lie. And when you say NDC should just employ our foot soldiers, it goes to show the incompetence of your party and the fact that you haven't learned any lessons. Bawumia wants to create a database to employ only NPP foot soldiers. The swing voters and neutrals have heard you loud and clear. The NDC, however, is adamant about creating a merit-based system where every Ghanaian can get a piece of the national cake irrespective of political affiliation. Ghanaians will decide which ideology they prefer in 2028.

You sit there

150,000 youths are protesting because the NPP failed to create jobs for them over 8 years, increasing unemployment from 8.4% to 13.7%. Programs like 1D1F, which were meant to generate employment, turned into scams where money was being stolen. Funds that could have supported the youth were deposited into fictitious bank accounts. The pain inflicted on the youth remains fresh in their minds.
