First day of Mercury retrograde (yesterday) I got rear-ended by a road rage driver. Off to a strong start! LOL

we’re always talking about a ‘soft life’ but what about a slow life? taking our time in the mornings, reading for leisure, being more present. just taking it slow.

Retrogrades are like speed bumps, they just slow you down for a bit. During Mercury retrograde as long as you reflect, rethink your actions and words, stay calm in the face of the things sent to rattle you, review & recheck stuff you'll be fine.

Today was my last session of therapy after 6 months with the best therapist 😭🥺 we reflected/celebrated and she said that I have been the most self aware and growth oriented patient she’s had and said she is so proud of me for how I have shown up and done the work… my heart!!!
