I remember back in 2011 when Davido was just coming into the spotlight. He released songs without even revealing who his father was he came in like every other artist, just trying to make his mark.
Yet some people were quick to say, “Don’t pretend you struggled we know who your father is.”
Later, when he openly embraced it and released Omo Baba Olowo, you still criticised him, saying he talks too much about his father’s wealth and that he’s rude.
So which is it? When he stays quiet, you complain. When he speaks about it, you still complain.
The truth is, some people are simply inconsistent and don’t know what they really want.
