Second, no one is trying to “anoint” anyone. Part of the whole point of the primary is to also debate amongst the party as to which candidate you want to run in the general. Having and sharing an opinion that Crockett has tougher odds in a general, is *literally* part of what you do in a primary and is the part of the political process you are trying to shut down as if she is beyond critique.
