@wolffepack104 Till December I was a very active person.. stamina was great, did a little mini marathon. But I hate cardio as a rule 🤣 let’s see how it will go.

I am having a bit of a day… I just want to go home but I need to not do that and go to the gym for my ride class.

“Forks” from The Bear (2022– ) might be the most uplifting episode the show has ever done. Watching Richie slowly find purpose, and pride in himself again feels so satisfying that by the time “Love Story” kicks in, the episode almost feels euphoric.
