What better time to reflect on the state of cancer care in the UK than #WorldCancerDay? There’s almost 3.5 million people living with cancer in the UK. That’s millions of lives turned upside down, every day, in so many ways. And more and more will struggle to access the care they need because of who they are, or where they live. Better cancer care is possible. World Cancer Day is a big one for us; it’s an opportunity to highlight the voices and experiences of people living with cancer, as well as setting out our mission to transform cancer care for everyone, now and for the future.
