To celebrate the final day of Hispanic Heritage Month, we served Peruvian Chicken with Lime Cilantro Sauce and Vegetable Empanadas. Sides included Arroz con Gandules (rice & peas), a Tropical Quinoa Fruit Salad, and Fried Plantains.
