@Woojer I did reach out. Spoke to technical support. Made a ticket, sent the required video. They did not help with the configuration to my PS5, which is the only reason I purchased from Woojer. It's really unfortunate. I had high hopes for Woojer.

Just wanna say that I will NEVER buy a @Woojer product again, and will be returning the one I've purchased.
