@vxmphime as a big fan of films in general i do think that dune is excellent, genuinely amazing sci-fi but as a trilogy it’s definitely not going to be on a the same level, lotr set the bar too high

i probably shouldnt care about this take at all but out of curiosity is Dune THAT good?
