I've been holding this in for a while, but I can't stay quiet anymore. Every time there's a video of Sunghoon, I see the same comments over and over again. People calling him "Pakde/Uncle" on comments when he's not even making a dad joke. Even when he's simply singing his heart out or dancing his best, those comments somehow always find their way there. Then people started saying he was "bulking too much." And now that he finally changed his hair after such a long time, I still see people criticizing it instead of simply letting him enjoy something new. Can we please show Sunghoon a little more respect? Behind the idol we all see is a young man who works endlessly to become better for his fans, his members, and himself. He deserves the same kindness and respect that anyone else would. Sunghoon has never disappointed me. To me, he's someone who's warm, genuine, hardworking, and still has that playful smile that makes so many of us smile right back. For a lot of us, he's a source of comfort on difficult days. So before leaving a comment, please think about the person who's going to read it. Words carry more weight than you realize. Please be gentle with Sunghoon. no shade but idk why u would stan a group if u dont like one of the main vocalists vocal tone 😭😭

i hate bringing up other idols in arguments, especially yj, cause frankly, this is our fandom's mess and bringing in other people is just embarrassing, but i'll do it just this once. when yj debuted as a soloist, he had to cram 48 hours of work into 24 hours just so he can do his own thing without compromising his role in the group. he never once asked the group to stop for him. that's the sacrifice that he had to make so he could achieve his dreams of making his debut as a solo artist. these people, on the other hand, genuinely want the whole group to stop their entire careers just to accommodate for one person's dreams. why should the entire group sacrifice for him? what people need to understand is that he's envisioning a full solo career, not just dropping an album. with the current schedule the group has, all the booked concert venues and planned comebacks, there's too much risk for the group and him, as well. him leaving is his sacrifice, and it's about time these people start respecting that.

one thing i’ve noticed a lot on here lately is that some of you feel the need to publicly share every negative opinion you have about enhypen. you’re free to have preferences. nobody’s asking you to love every song, concept, or design. but if the only thing you’re ever contributing is negativity, maybe some thoughts are better left unsaid. there’s already enough hate surrounding them as it is.

you never have to like Everything and it’s normal to have preferences but sometimes people are really mean especially on the internet and there’s a way to express your preferences (and sometimes the best way is to Not) without being hurtful
