@OfficialIbidapo@Symply_Tacha Let Muslims be the ones to address that. You have no right to dictate to a Muslim. If you knew anything about the day of resurrection you won’t be on the other side? Mind your business. We right thinking Muslims approve of the message in her tweet. Go face your church business
@wordofreason1@Symply_Tacha Now you are coming home ? Let people worship Allah the way they want to, you’ll not be the judge on the day of resurrection.
The way people practice religion is almost like a joke to me. You do all sorts all year, only to fly to Mecca and walk around the Kaaba, or show up in church on Sunday and sit in the front row. After the whole ritual is done, you return to your normal life. 🫠
@chimaijem14 So you want to tell me the site you bought your ticket from didn’t show you could reschedule even after missing a flight? And they now withdraw visa cos of missed flight????😆You twitter folks keep doing this cos you get target audience that believe your tales
3 years ago, I saved up money to travel abroad.
Visa approved, everything ready. My flight was in 2 weeks.
I told my friends. Everyone was happy for me. At that time, I had about 7 close friends. Three of them were already living abroad.
Since I was leaving soon, I decided to organize a farewell party for them and my girlfriend (now my ex).
We lodged in a hotel, ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves all night. It was supposed to be a happy memory before my journey.
But 4 days later, something strange started happening.
I began to feel serious pain all over my body.
At first I thought it was normal sickness. I bought medicine, but nothing worked.
Each day the pain became worse.
Soon it got to the point where I couldn’t even stand up from my bed.
My people rushed me to the hospital. I spent 3 days there, but the doctors couldn’t find anything wrong.
They transferred me to another hospital. Still nothing.
After 2 more days, I was discharged.
The doctors said they couldn’t trace any illness and advised my parents to look for another solution.
My parents became very worried.
They started taking me to different places, spending the money I had saved for my pocket expenses abroad.
Finally, we went to a traditionalist.
After checking me, he said something that shocked everyone.
He said I had been poisoned.
He also said if we had wasted two more days, I might not have survived.
He started treatment immediately, but he said it would take 3 weeks for me to recover.
Three weeks?
My flight was already just days away.
But my parents had no choice. They told him to continue.
After about two weeks, I slowly started getting better.
But by then, my flight was gone.
The visa, the plans, the money… everything was lost.
I had already sold most of my properties in Nigeria before preparing to travel.
So I had to start my life all over again, even moving back to live with my mom.
Till today, I’m still trying to find my feet again.
One lesson I learned the hard way:
Avoid bad friends.
@OfficialIbidapo@Symply_Tacha Take your beliefs into your Christian faith. Don’t impose your views on Muslims. Muslims have a fundamental responsibility to enjoin others to do good
@wordofreason1@Symply_Tacha Let who can afford the luxury trip to Mecca go there, leave Ramadan Muslim, leave people alone, you’re not Allah’s PA and you’ll not be the judge on the day of judgement.
@OfficialIbidapo@Symply_Tacha I just confirmed you are not a Muslim. No sane Muslim will allude to Allah’s PA. You had no business bringing yourself to the conversation. We right thinking Muslims approve of Tacha’s message even though she’s not in a place to say it. I didn’t mention Ramadan Muslim. You did.
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha There’s no perfect society but it’s regulation that you call judgement that made their society as secure as it is . I have lived in the Middle East. You have people there while I have lived there. So sit down while I talk
@wordofreason1@Symply_Tacha Lol 😂 you think this stuffs don’t happen there too? They only allow you to know what they want you to know about their country. They gate-keep the affairs of their country, not like Nigeria. Trust me I have people there and I know what I’m saying.
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha You have a lot to learn.Forgiveness is at Allah’s discretion.Allah doesn’t forgive sins that are publicised(you are in no place to counter Hadith).Repentance must match with some effort. The lady in question is posting her unslamic content while scantily clad while still in Mecca
Allah never gets tired of forgiving unless one gave up in seeking the forgiveness of Allah, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Ever-Merciful. You can commit the same sin a thousand times, again and again and if you sincerely ask Allah for forgiveness, Allah will definitely forgive you. I’m not judging you both, rather I’m trying to let you both know that nobody is a saint and let’s all stop being a selective sinners.
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha No one is perfect but once you publicise your sin everyone has a right to counsel you. The reason publicised sins are forbidden in Islam is because it influences others and it shows open disrespect to the tenets of Islam. ‘I don’t care’ attitude like yours that encourages evil
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha I am correcting an impression you all have. Allah always forgives but a deliberate continuing sin won’t give you the chance for repentance.Repentance must match with some effort. The lady in question is still posting her unIslamic content while improperly dressed while in Mecca
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha I just encouraged good by encouraging him to leave music for good and make his trip count. If I were to advise someone in his shoes, he should have kept his trip private and not be over sharing. That way no one will be wondering why he is ridiculing his faith
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha His journey to Mecca using sinful impure wealth is also forbidden. Go and study your fiqh. By next week he will be promoting his vain songs.
@Void_Fact@ShehuSani Clerics that preach to them are continuously being killed in the north. The politicians that are sponsoring them to achieve their aims in elections should be the ones to go and preach to them. At least they have police security. The clerics don’t
The pattern is documented and consistent — violence in Nigeria's northeast and northwest intensifies during election cycles, Ramadan periods and moments of maximum political distraction simultaneously. Security researchers at the Council on Foreign Relations Nigeria Security Tracker have recorded this correlation across multiple election cycles since 2011. The theological contradiction embedded in attacking Muslim civilians during Ramadan while claiming religious motivation has been noted by Islamic scholars but rarely amplified with the institutional force that mosques and clerics command at Friday prayers across the north. The most powerful counter-radicalisation infrastructure in northern Nigeria has always been its Islamic institutions — the same institutions that produced the scholarship these groups claim while violating every principle that scholarship contains. Religious authority that stays silent during religious violence being committed in its name is not neutral. It is complicit by omission
Each time the election season is upon us,bandits and terrorists in the North heighten their attacks.Whatever is their motive or intention for this calculated upsurge,it’s condemnable. They kidnap and murder their fellow Muslims in the holy month of Ramadan and claim to be fighting a religious cause. Our Clerics must muster the courage to rebuke these evil forces.
@ShehuSani Shey you attended islamiyyah? You can pass for a cleric too. Enter bush and preach to them.Go with your politician colleagues that sponsor them to. Una want make clerics go and undo damage you politicians caused. As if the clerics they have killed doesn’t concern you.
@ox_elfawzan@Symply_Tacha This is how you all claimed leave judgement to God and your neighbour will be stealing and scamming until you become a victim. If countries like Qatar, Saudi and Bahrain were allowing citizens do as they please leaving judgement to God,they won’t enjoy security that they have had
Was the quote wrong? Obviously not. Deliberately you said? See how judgemental you sound? I can see saint Amani and Tacha. Lemme give you this piece of advice kindly focus on yourself and worry about your afterlife, instead of you being busy judging others whilst neglecting yourself.
@BMDeh8n@Symply_Tacha We are a faith that believes in advising people. That’s what the Prophet enjoined us to do. He needs to be cautioned. He is publicising his umrah and still publicising his sins. ‘All sins can be forgiven by Allah except the ones that are publicised’- a hadith
