This excellent pamphlet provides readers with a quick guide to the conflict, its background in the revolution of 2018-19, and how the solidarity movement can intervene. Its conclusion that the popular resistance to military rule must not side with either General Adelfattah al-Burhan’s Sudanese Armed Forces or Muhammad Dagalo, aka Hemedti’s Rapid Support Forces is undeniable. workerspower.uk/review-sudans-… workerspower.uk/review-sudans-…

There are many reasons to get organised. From the Gaza genocide to the climate crisis, from the cost of living crisis to a far right on the march, we need a new strategy. There are many ways to resist. With Workers Power, you’ll organise alongside revolutionary communists committed to mass, militant direct action. If you: ✊ Want fighting, democratic organisation in the workplace, schools and universities ✊ Oppose imperialism, Zionism and the new arms race ✊ Stand unconditionally with LGBT+ people ✊ Want organised self-defence against far right and police violence …then you belong with us. We’re building a movement: fighting at work, in the streets, for Palestine, against the far right — wherever we need to.

Protest in Southend-on-Sea against the University of Essex's decision to axe 400 jobs and close the Southend campus. Now the university management wants to close Pathways, a key entry route into higher education for local working class students. UCU members are on strike 3 days this week and 4 days next week, while Unison and Unite will also ballot their members to strike against the cuts.

The Greens' victory in Gorton and Denton has transformed the political landscape. But winning elections is not the same as changing society. KD Tait argues that only a working class party fighting for socialism can answer the crisis of capitalist politics — and stop the far right. workerspower.uk/why-we-dont-vo… workerspower.uk/why-we-dont-vo…
