✨ 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗 𝗘𝗬𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 ✨ Looking at your screen for long periods can cause eye fatigue. Avoid this by changing focus or consciously blinking from time to time. Use the 20-20-20 rule: focus on an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes.

Keeping the wrists in a neutral position will help reduce strain on the top and bottom of the wrists and in the fingers, as well as reducing the strain on the outside of the elbow 💪

⚠️ Working directly from your laptop 💻 on a normal chair without any support is likely to lead to discomfort.👎 Try elevating yourself so when your shoulders are relaxed, your elbows are at 90 degrees, and your forearms are comfortably at the same height as the table top.
