@coachcollins92 Here's an idea: set dates, times, and places so you younger coaches can meet for informal/free "Coaches Clinics". Then, personally invite several more experienced coaches and have them discuss specific topics. Maybe meet once a month (July-November)?

There are so many young coaches in today’s sports that are hungry and eager to learn! I wish there were more opportunities for us to have a chance to hear and learn from experienced coaches. I would love more mentors!
