World AIDS Museum

Saturday, high school students part of WAM's Making It Real program held a live reading surrounding HIV prevention strategies. In under two weeks each student wrote and created their own scenarios tackling HIV stigma, prevention strategies and the importance of regular testing.

Today WAM hosted orientation for “Making It Real”! A program that has high school aged students take the lead as they develop a theater play centered around HIV prevention!

Saturday, WAM attended A Crossroad to Wellbeing: The intersection of Faith and Health. Panelist discussions centered faith-based approaches to healthcare access overcoming stigma, and cultural barriers while addressing disparities through faith.
