A crazy couple of months! Unexpectedly rotated early, from Social Care to Major Trauma & Orthopaedics which I am loving. Got the keys to our first home and days later ruptured my ATFL and now in a boot and crutches. How life can just tip upside down! But we keep going!

@worldwithchew Places can struggle to recruit and retain Band 6 occupational therapists - perhaps ask if they would consider having them as a 'development role' to support you to develop from 'band 5' to 'band 6'. BUT band 6 roles can vary a lot because the system is not equitable.

One of the best experiences in my life was doing a summer programme in Japan during my bachelor's. Won't qualify as an OT in Japan but wish I continued studying Japanese

@ateneodemanilau It carries true that one of the best life decisions I made was my 2nd degree in @AdmuDSA and specialising in Cultural Heritage. The lessons Dr. Zialcita embadded are what makes my patients appreciate me as an OT. Now I'm doing its health counterpart with SI
