I don’t understand why curable blindness is a thing. Why don’t governments step in and help? Even if you’re thinking purely from a financial standpoint it’s hard to see how they don’t roi on taxes from people being able to work again.

@moephilogene It's time someone had to say it. Your customers are not naive. @BankofAmerica My experience going to brick & mortar branch of BoA, bankers were always absent & default response was unless you are getting a mortgage, you can do other tasks on call or online.🤦🏽‍♂️ #CustomerService

Dear #bankofamerica. I understand for the 1000th time when I call that you are experiencing higher than normal call volumes and I may experience longer wait times. But since I’ve been hearing this message for 4 years straight, ain’t that volume normal now? 🤔 Just saying.
