@the_local_fluff @BusseySky @ancapitanich 加入工会需要什么条件嘛，我们这边的工会更接近于节假日的慰问组织和慈善机构，会发一些东西或者购物卡，经济困难或者有残疾的会每年会发一些钱，然后工会每个月会收七八元会费，然后只要签合同是正式工，就是工会会员，不过因为有大量劳务派遣所以工会会员并不是所有工人
