The group choked the victims, beat them, and threatened to kill them as the train continued along the route. “It happened about 1 hour ago on the 3 line,” the witness said. “We transferred from the 4 to the 3 at Franklin Station. They were already there, started cursing, got on the train with us, and followed us toward Kingston. We got off 1 stop before.” The attack unfolded in front of a packed train, with Orthodox Jews singled out, physically assaulted and threatened with murder, while other passengers looked on.

And even in prison, he has been treated like a community hero: ✔ Rabbis visiting him ✔ Calling him “innocent” ✔ Letting him give “lectures” ✔ Letting him act as an unlicensed “therapist” for community members ✔ Circulating his weekly letters like sacred Torah sheets This is NOT remorse. This is NOT rehabilitation. This is NOT accountability. And now we hear people saying: “He served enough time.” “He’s old.” “He won’t hurt anyone again.” “The community will watch him.” The community that protected him? The community that tried to silence victims? The community that defended him every step of the way? THAT community is supposed to “protect” children if he walks free? Absolutely not. A man who abused multiple victims over YEARS, who has shown ZERO remorse, who still has a community ready to parade him as a hero, is a 100% danger — to any child, anywhere. Because predators don’t change. Their ego doesn’t disappear. Their entitlement doesn’t fade. And their influence — especially in a community that shields them — becomes even stronger. If he walks out now, he will be celebrated. If he walks out now, he will regain power. If he walks out now, he will have access again. And make no mistake: He WILL hurt again. He did not destroy one life. Not two. Not three. There were MANY victims — girls, boys, teenagers, women. This was a pattern, not an accident.
