At my Yoga centre today, we have a 24 hr long meditation. Dying to experience every minute of it!
I've also got a crucial video edit scheduled. Yoga's no.1 rule is that "YOUR WORK is your greatest MEDITATION."

Before meditation, keep your stomach light or empty. Don't meditate towards a particular goal. Just meditate towards general positivity.
