@Upheivel You’re right that I haven’t cited the specific post — but that’s because the pattern is the problem. This isn’t about a single tweet. It’s the way you cast stones in public, then call it virtue. That matters — even if only one person sees it. You built a stage out of contempt.

@writingremmy And if you truly feel my posts are comtemptuous or toxic,and you show me why that's true, I'll delete them. I've literally done that before when an individual named BishopJaxi called me out for targeting him. I'm not beyond reason. Are you?

@Upheivel You platformed contempt and called it virtue. That deserved a public answer. I gave one. Whether it lands or not isn’t mine to control — but I won’t pretend it didn’t matter just because the crowd is small.

@writingremmy If you see me as damaging, try to change my mind. I haven’t insulted you. I've had conversations with individuals all over the political and religious spectrum. My values have developed and shifted with time and perspective. Feel free to have an honest discussion with me.

@writingremmy I doubt anyone is even going to read this far (about 20 posts into a QRT between two guys with less than 20 followers each). If there's some group I've offended, some value you feel I've betrayed, or some greater meaning you think I've missed, let's talk it over.

@Upheivel You don't get to mock people in public and call it virtue, then ask for 'deeper' conversation once you've been called on it. That's not depth. It's damage control.

@Upheivel You sneer at anyone who doesn’t meet your definition of moral strength and pretend you're rebuking just one person. But your whole page is contempt dressed as conviction. You want direct? Here it is: you're not defending virtue. You're defending ego.

@writingremmy What poor person am I sneering at? Can you not agree that the OP in question has vile values- eg, acting like laziness is a virtue, and incest is normal? You've moved this so far away from what my original post was. Again, if you have some greater issue with me: be direct.

@Upheivel You can dress it up however you want, but you're not calling out sin — you're performing cruelty for applause. Quoting Christ while sneering at the poor is spiritual rot. If you think that’s virtue, you’ve confused your pride for holiness.

@Upheivel Calling out sin isn’t wrong. But Christ never mocked the hungry to make a point about someone else’s laziness. If your critique requires cruelty to land, maybe it’s not as righteous as you think. I’ve said my piece.

@writingremmy Not sure what you think about me as unmerciful. Christ also didn't hesitate to call out hypocrites. I'm not mocking anyone in need- I'm mocking one particularly repugnant individuals weak morals. You can engage with that or not, but if you have some other gripe with me- be open

@writingremmy An individual espouses "I shouldn't have to work" thinly veiled in communist rhetorical philosophy. My post attacks very seamlessly attacks their weak moral values- weak morals being a trend of theirs. You’ve taken this and decided I'm somehow against caring for those in need.

@Upheivel You say you've got no problem with charity, but you spend all your energy mocking those who need it. You're not defending "rationality" — you're defending cruelty dressed up as discipline. Christ fed the crowds. You post about who deserves a meal.

@writingremmy You've plainly misunderstood myself and the OP. I have no problem with charity. I have a problem with able-bodied individuals pretending they're principally entitled to be coddled by the government: which is what the OP is in favor of. You're not defending a rational individual

@writingremmy The OP finishes dismally with the line: "We uphold the right to be lazy." I'm sure that's meant to be comical, but taking offense at the idea of able-bodied people needing to work to provide for themselves isn't anti-christian. Get a job, and don't whine about it.

You complain about the "male loneliness epidemic" while turning away every woman who has ever had a boyfriend before you.

Truthfully, I don't understand this line of thinking at all. Men want to go around having sex with half the women they come across, but turn around and hate any woman with a history. Unable to hook up with any women they consider "valuable", men turn to porn and incelibacy.

@hashjenni That’s the rub here. Was the moral/ethical/kind thing to do give it up? Yes. Did she legally have to? No. She will win this case even though she probably should have just given it up.

#WritingCommunity #amwriting #indiewriter #fiction #writing Update on my current project: Suicide Ranger. 7 chapters in, and this short project has gone from a goofball parody to a roller-coaster of emotions. I didn’t even do it on purpose, the story just decided to go there.

@BooksSeeker You better have something going on besides the romance, at least in my opinion.

And if I say I have a 10 series book planned with a slow burn that probably won't kiss until book 7 or 8? #WritingCommunity.

If something is intense enough, I'll capitalize, but fir the most part I use exclamation points.
