@ingham_steve @altini_marco Oftentimes, it provides a unique insight. Today I was sluggish.. But the numbers looked OK, deeper data reflection hinted a need for more time to analyze. Later HR dropped to resting #. Performance data requires discipline /daily monitoring /nutrition & medical review.

Do you use heart rate variability monitoring? Have you done so in the past but stopped? Keen to hear people's views if seen benefits on training process and performance outcomes? I'd be keen to hear whether the time invested is worthwhile vs other areas of support
