As a proud $LUNC believer who’s been in the trenches since day one, I have to say this out loud:

Een toelichting hoe de belasting van 36% op niet-gerealiseerde vermogenswinsten in de praktijk uitpakt.
Hieronder een uitgebreider rekenvoorbeeld:

Stap 1. Beginpositie
Je bezit 500 aandelen.
Waarde op 1 januari 2028: €50.000
Waarde op 1 januari 2029: €100.000
De papieren winst bedraagt dus:
€100.000 − €50.000 = €50.000 ongerealiseerde meerwaarde
Je hebt niets verkocht. Toch wordt die €50.000 fiscaal gezien als belastbaar inkomen.

Stap 2. Toepassen van de vrijstelling
Je bent getrouwd en hebt recht op een vrijstelling van €3.600.
€50.000 − €3.600 = €46.400 belastbare grondslag
Belastingtarief: 36%
€46.400 × 36% = €16.704 aan belasting
Dit bedrag moet in mei worden voldaan, ondanks dat je geen aandelen hebt verkocht.

Stap 3. Koersdaling vóór betaling
Stel dat de aandelen tegen mei flink in waarde dalen.
Nieuwe totale waarde: €60.000
Je portefeuille is dus geen €100.000 meer waard, maar nog slechts €60.000.
De aanslag van €16.704 blijft echter staan, omdat die is berekend op basis van de waarde per 1 januari.

Stap 4. Verkoop om de belasting te betalen
Om €16.704 vrij te maken, moet je een deel van je aandelen verkopen.
Na betaling van de belasting blijft over:
€60.000 − €16.704 = €43.296
Oorspronkelijk had je 500 aandelen.
Na de verkoop heb je er nog 360 over.
Je moest dus 140 aandelen van de hand doen.
140 ÷ 500 = 28% van je aandelen is verdwenen.

Stap 5. Wat is het economische resultaat?
Vóór de koerscorrectie:
Papieren winst: €50.000
Na de koersdaling:
Portefeuillewaarde: €60.000
Oorspronkelijke inleg: €50.000
Werkelijke winst: €10.000
Toch heb je €16.704 belasting betaald.
In plaats van €10.000 in de plus te staan, kom je nu uit op:
€43.296 − €50.000 = €6.704 onder je beginwaarde
Een reële winst van €10.000 is omgeslagen in een nettoverlies van €6.704.
Daarnaast ben je blijvend 28% van je aandelen kwijtgeraakt.

🚨 WARNING to the #LUNC Community: Why You Should AVOID Delegating to @BattleForceLunc ‼️
I came across some seriously concerning allegations from @Mortadelo13131, the $KNEEL project, that I believe everyone should know about before staking their hard-earned LUNC with BattleForceValidator (@BattleForceLunc).
In a recent thread, Mortadelo revealed that they provided 2 MILLION $KNEEL tokens to BattleForceValidator with the intention of having them burned or airdropped to his delegators as part of community support efforts. Instead, according to Mortadelo, the validator sold those tokens on the market shortly after, pocketing the profits.
This isn't just a minor slip-up; it's a blatant betrayal of trust.
Validators are supposed to act in the best interest of the network and their delegators, not exploit gifts from projects for personal gain.
-> If these claims are true—and they're coming straight from the project himself—it paints a picture of someone who's more interested in quick flips than building a sustainable community.
Here's the direct quote from Mortadelo: "Just thinking about you spending the 2 million kneel we gave you buying that Ponzi scheme makes me break out in hives." And in follow-up: "Obviously, if he'd known I was going to sell them in less than two months, I wouldn't have given him anything. Even if he stole a million from me, I wouldn't have given him anything. He was going to burn the tokens with the validator."
There are plenty of honest, community-focused validators out there who deserve your support. Let's keep our ecosystem clean and trustworthy!

NEW PROPOSAL..... We've chatted about this quite often. Here are my thoughts.
It's community owned and governed. No bad actors in this community are part of it. It is the beginning of the end of funding the scammers network which they do through sh$t coins on Terraport and Garuda. Nicolas Boulay doxxed @z3rr0w because it threatens his Cookie funding (without it he has $7.07 24 hour volume). Lunclive who waits until the end of every prop already voted NWV because it affects his pockets. His basis for the vote made me laugh since he has allegedly stolen $500k in 2022 with his sister/wife.... This dude calling someone a scammer? 🤣. You will see all of the bad actors who obtain funding through the sh$t coin network vote NO or NWV. Props which reveal bad actors are my favorite to vote on.
Is this expensive? Yes. But there's a need for a legit dex and this is what actual BUILDING is like. So I'm a yes. As always, my DELEGATORs decide how to vote and I will abide by your consensus. I created this VALIDATOR to give the community a voice. Tell me your thoughts family!
