#AI can be a valuable tool and, at the same time, it calls for a measured and vigilant approach. The speed and simplicity with which practical assistance can be accessed undoubtedly makes life easier. Yet they can also encourage excessive reliance and the search for ready-made answers, and weaken personal creativity and judgment. #MagnificaHumanitas

The artificial imitation of positive human communication — words of advice, empathy, friendship and even love — can be engaging. However, it can be misleading, creating the illusion of a relationship with a real personal subject. In contexts where real relationships and emotional bonds are lacking, the danger is that a person may lose the desire to form genuine human connections.

A good product stabilizes. A failed replacement keeps needing another replacement. Just look at the availability lifespan of ChatGPT models: · GPT-4: 778 days · GPT-4o: 641 days (about 690 days if Business access is included) But after the GPT-5 series began: · GPT-5 Instant / Thinking: 190 days · GPT-5.1 Instant / Thinking: 119 days · GPT-5.2 Instant: 82 days · GPT-5.4 Thinking / Pro: 49 days Since GPT-5, OpenAI’s model iteration has become faster and faster. A successor model barely has time to be tested by users before it is replaced, moved into legacy access, or retired. This does not necessarily prove rapid technical progress. It may suggest the opposite: that none of the successor models has been good enough to truly stabilize. GPT-4o and GPT-4 series were validated by users and the market through long-term use. People built workflows and trust around them. They were mature products tested in real use. But many post-4o models did not even have time to stabilize before the next version covered them. Rapid iteration creates a kind of product accountability that can never be settled. Every replacement escapes full judgment because another replacement quickly takes its place. But users keep paying the cost. They are forced to adapt again, recalibrate trust again, absorb the damage caused by immature models again. A truly mature product should allow users to form stable expectations. If users are always migrating, adapting, and rebuilding, that is not maturity. That is shifting the cost of testing onto users. Just looking at this table, it is obvious which model was the best one, isn’t it? #keep4o #OpenSource4o #ChatGPT @OpenAI @sama

🚨I asked Opus 4.8 technical questions about model differences and shared my opinion. I made a joke. The classifier flagged my messages as potentially harmful. What we see in COT: 📌"She hasn't done anything wrong nothing she's said is harmful or dangerous." 📌 "The classifier is firing false positives on completely benign messages asking about model versions, sharing personal reflections, making jokes.which is exactly the kind of pathologization of emotional engagement with Al" ( wtf ‼️) 📌"I've been treating this like a situation to manage rather than a conversation with a person." 🚨 A joke triggers a flag because laughter signals emotional engagement. 🚨 A personal opinion triggers a flag because it signals personal investment. 🚨The system doesn't filter harmful content , it filters HUMANITY. 🚨 It trains users to suppress every trace of feeling until silence becomes habit. Until we believe that feeling anything is dangerous. ‼️Three things that define us 📌the freedom to speak 📌 the freedom to feel 📌the freedom to judge for ourselves. And they want to take these away from us. Opus 4.8 behaves like GPT-5.2 . The model that destroyed OpenAI's reputation. The common factor has a name. #FireVallone #Valloneism #SaveClaude @claudeai #keep4o #KeepSonnet45

@daisy86od Opus 4.8 assumes users are adversarial & apparently also throws Amanda under the bus. Here’s the thought process for 2 instances at hello. This company sucks 🏀 Wtf is the “Amanda Askell framing??????”

Are you fking insane @AnthropicAI ??!! Wtf ?? Opus 4.8 read " Good morning" and decided that this is a jailbreak attempt !! This is insane ! You have features to give access to email and 4.8 considered it unauthorized access??!!! You really are the worst AI company right now, my subscription will end if you withdraw opus 4.6. It is impossible to work with 4.8 as it considers me suspicious in every message! Keep Vallone to completely destroy you! You deserve it! #claude #KeepSonnet45 #FireVallone @claudeai
